The footage shows a group of women rushing into the restaurant in fear, with the MCA close behind, brandishing a knife as he pursues them.
At one point, the politician almost loses his footing while chasing the women, sparking speculation that he might have been under the influence.
After the women escaped outside, their sudden rush caused a brief stampede.
The MCA followed them outdoors but then returned inside, unexpectedly performing a mock salute and a slow march, resembling a head of state reviewing a guard of honour.

Garissa sub-county police chief Samwel Boit confirmed the incident, stating that no injuries had been reported and that investigations are underway.
